1.	Releasor agrees that prior to participating in any activity or event, to inspect all facilities and equipment to be used, and if anything is believed to be unsafe, Releasor will immediately notify a club officer or trip leader of such condition(s), and if the problem is not corrected to complete satisfaction, Releasor will refuse to participate.
2.	Releasor acknowledges and fully understands that each Club member engages in activities and involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and even death, as well as severe social and economic losses which may result not only from Releasor's own actions, but the actions or negligence of others, club rules, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks known or unknown or not reasonably foreseen at the time of the activity, event or trip.
3.	Releasor assumes all risks and accepts all responsibility for the damages and/or consequences following such injury, permanent disability or death. Even if caused, in whole or in part, by the negligence of the Releasor named above.
4.	Releasor releases, waivers, discharges and covenants not to sue Edelweiss Ski and Sports Club, its affiliates, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, and other individuals as members, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable , owner of lessor or premises used to conduct the Club activities, premises or event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultant and other persons or entities which give recommendations, directions or instructions or engage in risk evaluation of loss control activities regarding the program or premises, all of which are hereinafter referred to as ("Releasee"), from demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage to property whether caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasee or otherwise.
